A new book about aviation's histoty, a first book about the amazing biography of Dan Vizanty, romanian ace of ww2.

You have all the details here:

http://www.euroinst.ro/titlu.php?id=1068

You can order the book from the publishing house. It will be in bookshops, too. Soon.
A very good quality - content and form. Many photos.

To notice, also - the book has an abstract in French. (Resume en francais)

Enjoy ! smile.gif

I read the book. I find it a successful book, practically written by Daniel Focsa and the hero of the story, Lt. Commander Dan Valentin Vizanty in coauthored . The book underlines some interesting and less known aspects of Vizanty's life related to his role in events surrounding the date of 23.08.1944 and his possible actions and links with allied intelligence services to counter communism in building our country. In this last aspect the author Daniel Focsa offers to the future interested researchers , the first clues based on which, perhaps future research will offer more interesting details .

For Bucharest, the book will be available in "Eminescu" and "Humanitas-Kretzulescu" bookshops.
If not, you can order it from the site of publishing house.

Unfortunately, the publisher accepts only bank transfer (no Credit Card, no PayPal). So, for foreigners is really tricky to order the book.

I don't think for foreigners is tricky to order the book. The publishing house sell a lot of books in foreign coutries. It is a very serious and prestigious publishing house.
