I'm sure it's an ww1 austrian bayonet, when ww2 started they've changed the model in this k98 model [img=http://img134.imageshack.us/img134/9397/austrobayo1sg6.th.jpg]
And this is a ww1 bayonet for NCO user posted image
And a nother one just like yours user posted image
The year is around 1918.Hope it's useful information

Austrian 1895 Mannlicher, Cavalry/Carbine (NCO) variant - Added sight, plus quillion and pommel ring (missing on this example, along with the press stud),
austrian made example (OE over WG markings)
