Do you know this pin?, Appears to be Romanian

This piece is convincing as original in all it's components, well made, heavy, in excellent condition. If your comments say you know what it is then why don't you post the answer so that I can know too?

It was given to the grand officers from the romanian army to wear this , when they where invited at partyes, or to wear them when they where in active duty.

It was part of the uniform then. When was it introduced? Do you have a decree number?

This was very rare and very beautiful. in my opinion I like the cufflinks very much.The persons who had received the Crown of Romania also was given this items. That is a shame that we don't see this things very offen.

Interesting... Were they complementary or alternative badges of the Order of the Crown? Do you have the number of the decree which regulates these items?
