Today I heard with sadness that the vicepresident of the Romanian Naval LIgue,died some two months ago.
I meet him near the cismigiu some moths ago,we talked a little he was very nice and friendly.Me and Victor wanted to meet him but unforthunatly he got ill,and didn't recover since.
