Hello everyone. I am researching Romanian uniforms in the period 1930-1940. I am looking to create a comprehensive list of regulations/decrees, and period reference materials which comprise all uniform items, tenures, and modifications/adjustments within the given period. I am also looking to acquire digital copies of all of these items, or as many of them as possible. I have been in contact with Arhivele Militare Naionale Romne and Muzeul Militar Naional Regele Ferdinand I however my progress is limited as I have fewer opportunities to travel back to Romania lately, and email correspondences come with waiting periods of several weeks or months. If anyone can help or has access to relevant resources, please let me know! If you have expertise in this area, feel free to write me a private message.

Below is the information I have gathered so far. As of this moment I do not have access to any of the documents mentioned. I believe this list is incomplete.

Unclear whether this is the correct title for the regulation. Decree nr. and publication date unknown. Small portions of the document are summarized in Monitorul Oficial Nr. 281 11 December, 1930.

I am unaware what the specific publication dates, decree Nrs. And regulation titles are for the air force and navy documents. I am unsure whether there are two separate documents or one.
A.M.N.R. has informed me that portions of these regulations are summarized in the publication Monitorul Oastei from the year 1930.

A section named: Aprobarea regulamentului asupra uniformelor marinei de rzboi is included in Monitorul Oficial Nr. 213 23 September 1930.

A section named: Regulament pentru descrirea uniformei personalului aeronauticiei i deosebitele inute is included in Monitorul Oficial Nr. 172 4 August, 1930.

I have been informed by A.M.N.R. that there are no new regulations published in 1934 for uniforms of Aeronautica Regal and Marin Regal and that uniforms of either service still follow 1930 descriptions. I am somewhat confused, as photographs from 1934-1940 along with uniforms found in M.M.N.R. collections show late 30s A.R.R. uniforms with distinctive refinements of 1934: visor caps with a larger circumference crown (calot), narrower cap bands, longer and thinner sgeat collar tabs. I assume these modifications occurred alongside those for armatei de uscat in 1934.
