Need help with following photos.
Place - Chisinau, Basarabia.
Date - March 1943.
The person on the photo is unknown and needs to be identified.

Could be Constantin Voiculescu, the Governor of Bessarbia in that period.

Unfortunately I'm having problems with finding photos of general Constantin Voiculescu. So I can't check and can't prove that it's him on the pictures.


Could anybody provide a portrait of the general Constantin Voiculescu?

I am more interested in a military person (placed in the center of the both photos). But if you could provide any info on the any other person from the photos - I would also really appreciate it.
