Uniform of Romanian Air Force, 1959, Please help to identify the uniform and

Soldat Group: Members Posts: 1 Member No.: 4205 Joined: September 28, 2018	Good day, This photo was taken in 1959. Colin Am I correct, that the uniform is Fortele Aeriene? And what is the rank - Lieutenant or Senior Lieutenant (not sure, whether 2 or 3 stars on the shoulder strap). Or maybe even 4 - Captain? Are there available archival records (lists of officers) of Romanian Air Forces for the period 1950'-1960' Thanks Michael
