YES. THESE PHOTOS ARE FROM MY COLLECTION. I LIKE TO SHARE WITH EVERYONE SOME OF THE MORE INTERESTING PHOTOS THAT I HAVE. IF ANYONE HAS SOME INTERESTING SUBJECT PHOTOS FROM WW1, PLEASE SHARE.

How is it possible to be a colour picture from WWI? Was it coloured later?

The Autochrome process was created in 1904 by the Lumières. However, at that time the colour pohotgraphy was extremely expensive. This is why most of the colour photographs during the world wars comes from the propaganda companies, not from the particular individuals. http://encarta.msn.com/encyclopedia_761575...History_of.html |

Interesting the picture about Bulgarians in Braila.My grandmother was born there and often talked about the ocupation.She mentioned German and Turkish troops but never said a word about Bulgarians....
