Dear forum members!

I had an oportunity to purchase MAB 1938 produced for Romanian contract. I just wonder what these marking could say?

#1 - What mark is this, for what stands 3042?
#2 - I heard tha this is Italian fabbric acceptance mark. s this correct?
#3 - any thought on what is this? To me looks like anchor and helemt

Any help will be appreciated!
