The foto was part of a batch with romanian planes, so I think is a ARR plane!

Looking at the struts from the end of the left wing, like “Z” shape, (the wing also) I would say it’s Fleet f10 G.

Definitely not a Fleet. The wings are rounded at the tips.

That was the secret plan to replace the unperformed IAR and Messerschmit with a new spy plane called U-2 Also Lockheed built one for US but with only one wing ( low budget) |
