Dear forum members!
This is a German originated press photo that I bought for my collection recently – the photo and scan of the information paper tag on the reverse. There are some questions on this one: 1. Is this Messerschmitt Bf109G-2 of Grupul 7 Vânătoare? Were they stationed in Kramatorsk? 2. Any chance to trace who was a pilot of this ‘Yellow 7’ plane? Photo #2. Photo is form the same source, taken the same day and place like photo above.
The question is: Who was the General Jienescu? I am confused a bit by German definition Luftfahrtminister. What was his responsibility - was he a commander of ARR only or he was a minister of all aviation branches civil and military in Romania?   |

Right click on the photo, click on save image as (exact wording depends on what browser you are using). Choose where you want to save it and click on save. Open with a photo viewer and enlarge it. You should be able to read it then. Might be a little fuzzy.
