Battlefront recently released these ww2 French Tiraileurs and I was wondering if I could use them for ww1 Romanians with adrian helmets, they look the part from what little photo's I've seen but what does everyone else think?

You probably could, but you have to pay attention to what types of weapons they have. Anyone with a hand held machine gun wouldn't fit the part.
