Hello, I appreciate any help the assembled can give me in identifying the uniform my Great-Uncle is wearing in this picture. It would have been during the World War II era I believe and somewhere around Chernovitz, Romania I believe. Help identifying the uniform would be my first step in figuring out the ultimate fate of my great-uncle, so greatly appreciated any ideas or resources or where else to go. Thanks
