11th Romanian Infantry Division was raised when Romania entered WW1 in 1916. Here is her history and commanders http://enciclopediaromaniei.ro/wiki/Divizia_11_Infanterie

Monday, 15 August 2011, a big aniversary will be held at Oradea, celebrating 95 years since the division was raised. Tens of historical flags of the regiments of the division will be displayed in public, in the presence of authorities and guests.
