General de corp de armata Group: Members Posts: 1670 Member No.: 476 Joined: January 23, 2005	On page 16 of the book "Insignele Aviatiei Militare Romane" by Marcele Iliese, there are drawings of a pilot badge and an observer badge with that type of Royal Cypher instead of the more usual national coat of arms. According to the author, this type of badge was planned but not minted. HTH Radu
