| General de brigada  Group: Members Posts: 1079 Member No.: 198 Joined: January 18, 2004  |  The diamond shape and colors blue and white suggest a school badge, upper level, poly-technical, etc. Pattern is common in most Balkan countries including Russia.It is found in most. The pin on the reverse does not look to be Romanian. Perhaps Bulgarian, Latvian, Estonian, Lithuanian ?
