Yesterday I received a call from C-2 about the launching of this book which took place today at the Military Museum in Bucharest. The book is a collection of memories of both general Dobran (including the pre-1943 part of the well known diary) and of some of his colleagues and people who knew him. It also includes a long interview taken by Aurel Pentelescu and around 100 photographs from Dan Antoniu.

The title is "Generalul de Flotila Aeriana Ion-Stratulat Dobran - veteran de razboi".
The coordinators are: Aurel Pentelescu, Marius Adrian Nicoara and Dan Antoniu. The publisher is EDITGRAPH Buzau. I don't know if there is any way to order it online. As I understood they printed a small number of books (around 300) |
