Recently acquired these pictures and I am looking for some help to identify his Regiment, rank, etc.. etc..

His awards are:-

Order of the Romanian Crown (Civil)

Romanian Cross of War with two battle bars.

Peles Castle Medal

Czechoslovakian Order of the White Lion.

This might be the same guy too.

First and second photo is that of a Major in the Royal Horse Guard Regiment noted by the black bullion collar. He wears the rank shoulder boards for senior officer. The actual rank is determined by the stripes located on the cuffs of the sleeve. Judging by his age and size of his medal bar, I believe he is a Major. The third photo shows him as a Captain, 3 stripes on the sleeve, in a Roshiori Cavalry Regiment which is determined by the black cord lacing on the front of the tunic. The color of the collar patch determines which regiment he is from. Unfortunately the photo is in black and white, so it is difficult to determine as several regiments had light color patches and he wears no regimental badge. Nice photos.
