Given the nature of the forum, it is impossible to display the topics in the order of chapters, therefor each chapter title is preceded by a number that indicates its postion in the book.

See my reaction to chapter 57, which BTW is a free colourblindness test (Key: if you're equally apalled by both the original and my "reverse" version, you're OK. If you're not, you are unfortunately a nationalist to either side)
