I saw that cover but I thought it was from the pdf document. I did not see any ISBM on that cover. I will try to contact them. Thank you!

On page 174 it is said that 6 Avia planes built by Skoda were sent in Romania in 1927. Any idee what type exactly? Or any picture? |

Are you sure? That planes are related to military aviation. Avia BH 25 were used by LARES as part of Ministerul Aerului si Comertului. and were 7 pieces manufactured in 1928.
