Help with Romanian pre-war ministers

Hello everybody.

I'm part of a team of modders for Hearts of Iron 2, a grand-strategy game. On my agenda is the political situation of Romania between 1936-1940.

The game has positions for "Armaments Ministers".Romania starts out with Constantin Bratianu.

I'd appreciate any help in determining the right people that would fit the "Armaments Minister" for 1936-1940.

Also,if possible, examples for the following periods :

1936-1937 - Tatarescu Cabinet
1938-1939 - Miron Cristea Cabinet
1939 - Armand Calinescu cabinet
1940 - Ion Antonescu cabinet

Perhaps the most important figure from "Ministerul Inzestrarii Armatei" (Army Endowment Department) was Victor Slavescu. He took over (from a general, but I don't remember which one) when the previous "secretariat de stat" (sub-department) became a full-fledged cabinet department, and was a member in many Royal dictatorship cabinets starting with, I think, 1939.

I have to check this out and I'll get back with some more detailed info later.

14 Oct 1938 - 1 Feb 1939: General de divizie Iosif Iacobici (Ministry established 14 Oct 1938)
1 Feb 1939 - 4 Jul 1940: Victor Slăvescu
4 Jul 1940 - 4 Sep 1940: Mihail Priboianu

Subsecretar de stat la Ministerul Apărării Naţionale pentru Înzestrarea Administraţiei Armatei
4 Sep 1940 - 24 Jan 1941: General de divizie Gheorghe Dobre (Ministry downgraded to Undersecretary status in the Antonescu government)
