I found a watch issued to the romanian airforce i presume and it has some letters on the caseback i can't identify.
this letters are S.S.A.U.

"U" was abreviation for "Trupele de uscat" ( land forces)

S.S.A.U. could mean " Subsecretariatul de Stat al Aerului si Uscatului" ( State Undersecretariate of Air and Land ) probably at that time were both united.
