I learned about Romanian 108th Medevac Unit on You Tube :

It is mentioned there : "The World's only squadron during World War II exclusively composed of women pilots."

I know that Red Army had a squadron with women pilots using biplanes for night bombing. I do not know if that Soviet unit had also men pilots. If not, then the idea would be: The Romanian 108th Medevac Unit, the first in the world exclusively composed of women pilots. (The Romanian unit was created in 1939.)

I am very proud for our brave aviator ladies ! smile.gif

That's not correct. There were also male pilots in that squadron.
