I know this is a rather old topic, but I owe you a follow-up. Back on those days, I contacted Asociatia Veteranilor de Razboi from Sibiu and talk with it's president, saying that I want to talk with that veteran. He said OK and told me to meet him (the president) at Cercul Militar. I waited for him for one and a half hour. He never came. No phone, no excuse, no nothing. He never could be contacted again.
