In January 1943 HG Don had 3rd Rom Army and in February 1943 it had been joined by 4th Rom Army as well. Perhaps if you look in the OOB/Campaigns sections of this site you'll be able to find the detailed breakdowns of both these armies. There is some information on both armies on the thread linked below.
