Hi Alex, sorry I was so long in getting to answer your question, here are some pictures:- The size is in fact between 16-17mm with three holes, and yes they are made in zinc. Standard German Military Bread Bag, this one missing the shoulder strap, as many were removed from the bag and used on the helmet to secure foliage for camoflauge. Kevin in Deva.
