Ranks of 'Ofiter echipaj'

I am not 100% sure as where in the rank tables the 'Ofiter echipaj' stands, in comparison with other air forces' ranks.

I know that :
Ofiter echipaj clasa III-a = sublocotenent ;
Ofiter echipaj clasa II-a = locotenent ;
Ofiter echipaj clasa I-a = Capitan.

These ranks were awarded to very valuable warrant officers of ARR (adjutanti).

Ion Milu ofiter echipaj clasa III-a is the most notable example . He was Knight of Mihai Viteazu Order ( an order reserved only for officers ) .
