It's Romanian. I know the model not at all uncommon but I assumed it was post war civilian as it has no attachment system and some are painted "happy" colors (very light green). Did you found it on a battle field?

Not me. my friend found it on the russian trench. Was sign in cyrylic by russian soldier.
