Hello folks,
Can anybody from Tg. Mures or arround, help me with some photos of the Aurel Vlaicu's memoryal (monument) from there ?! As bigger resolution will be the photo, as better. Much obliged ! Thanks in advance. |

I am from there, but I am not aware of any Aurel Vlaicu monument.
Did he ever visit the town?  Gen. Dénes P.S. I guess this is needed for D.A. |

Your guess is very correct  I can send you a low resolution picture from a postcard with the monument. It's not surounded by buildings, it's somewhere on a filed, near a road I think ... Maybe somehow similar with Lugoj, where the Vlaicu's monument is quite unknow because of it's remote location |

After a quick search, I found that there is a monument to Vlaicu in Targu Mures sculpted by Ion Vlasiu and erected in 1976.
