I offer the following aviation badge for someone to try and identify. I can not find it in Iliese's "Insignele Aviatiei Militare Romane" so probably it is a civil aviation badge.

It measures 36mm by 39mm and the coat of arms is the RSR version.

Hope someone can help.

So far as I know , this is an aeronautical contest badge from the early 70's.
