Nicolae Josan, historian from Muzeul de Istorie Alba Iulia dedicated this book to the life of romanian lawyer Rubin Patitia (senior).
Born in the middle od Tara Motilor in 1841 he eyewitnessed therevolution from 1848/49 as child, age 7.
He was one the artisans of "Memorandum", being jailed because of this and afterward harassed by authorities for "daco-romanian propaganda".
He died on Alba Iulia in 1918 just a few month before the event he worked for amd dedicated his entire life: Marea Unire.
