The center crest is for a WW2 US Army Divisional Insignia pin commonly known as a D.I. worn on the uniform collar. It is for an armoured or Military police unit. WHich one I do not now. It was then added to a flower cokade background and made into a pin broach and given as presents to loved ones and are then known by a different name known by collectors as "Sweetheart Jewelry". |
