It's an I.A.R. 81M (as denoted by the 'M' seen near the serial number applied on the fin), namely it was rearmed with a pair of 20 mm Mauser cannon.

Obviously, the photo was taken on the so-called 'Western (i.e., anti-Axis) Front'.
