German U boats assembled in Galatzi

Acording to this site some of the german U boats transfered to the Black Sea werw reassembled in Galatzi shipyards in 1942.Anyone can confirm?

With info's from an article of russian author O.G.Vorobiev, and the Net :
The 250 tons Subs. (from Baltic Sea) have been extremely lightened, partially disassembled (turetts, batteryes, Diesels, electric engines, etc.). Their dimensions and weight have been adapted for transportations on Ge. motorways and by the river channels. A route standard: from Kiel (and Wilhelmshaven ?) Shipyard by Elba to Dresden, therefrom on a motorway to Ingolstadt (Regensburg ?) and then downwards Danube to Black Sea. Preliminary re-armed in Linz (in Viena ?). In Sep.1942 by the first U-24, 9, 19 arrived in Galatzi Shipyard for final restoring (final draft 3.9 m). Here, the first had been commisioned U-24 in Oct.1942, then U-9 on Nov.1942 and U-19 on Jan.1943. U-18, U-20, U-23 arrived in Galatzi spring of 1943 and joined the 30.U-Flotille on 6.05.43, 27.05.43 and 3.06.43.
