Wondered if anyone had access to the December 1916 Monitorul Oastei? Am looking for the names of the men who commanded the 16th and 20th Infantry Divisions when they were disbanded in December 1916.

Down to 24 units left in our project: 18 Romanian Divisions, 5 Ottoman Divisions, and the Royal Newfoundland Regiment (largest units deployed by Newfoundland). We're getting there---R
