Made his universitary studies at Bucharest (doctor docent). Invited as profesor by romanian and foreign universities. Member of Romanian Academy, Royal Spanish Academy, Uruguay National Academy and Mexican Institute of Culture.

To demonstrate all the way from latin to romanian language one can use different methods. In this book was choosen a method which was not use until now, this method being the sistematic comparative study of the romanian language in paralel with other romanic languages.
