Does anyone know for sure whether or not for sure that The Romanian one ever carried torpedoes?

They were capable but did they have them, or were they ever used?

The 78th Bomber Sqyadron never made a torpedo attack.

The original question stands. Did we have torpedoes for these planes in the ammunition dumps?

also what about anti shipping attacks. Were there any successful attacks against soviet craft?

Well, the standard German "aerial torpedo" was the standard F5b marine torpedo fitted with a stabiliser in the tail - this stabiliser was a box-shaped aerodynamic device made from wood, it was intended to stabilise the toropedo in the air (keep it level) and it removed itself on impact with the water. The torpedo modified like this was renamed LT-F5b (where LT stands for Lufttorpedo).
A similar arrangeent was used in conjunction with the F5w torpedo, although the stabiliser was different. This aerial torpedo was seldom used.
The Romanian Navy used the F5b torpedo.
However, I have no knowledge of LT-F5b torpedoes on any Romanian aicrfaft. (the Ju88 was also able to carry them).
Torpedoes were carried on external PVC1006B bomb racks.

One clarification: I had a discussion with somebody who knows torpedoes better than I and this is what I found:
The German naval torpedo was the G7 type. This was not used/modified for aerial use.
The aerial torpedo was the LT-F5b, which was designed from the very beginning for aerial use with an aerial device in the tail that separated on impact.

I was wrong when I wrote that the Romanian Navy used the F5b torpedo - I meant that they used the G7. A G7 torpedo is on display in the Navy Museum in Constanta.

ok then it is pretty safe for me to assume that although they were capable of carrying torps they didn't. They never trained for torpedo attacks ? because they didn't have them?

I do not really think they were "capable". The aircraft also needed a specialised sight to launch the torpedo at the optimal range and height. Torpedo carriers were quite specialised, not the usual bomber loaded with a torpedo.

i was under the belief that the H-6 had that

OK, without getting lost in semantics, the He111 H-6 was "capable" to carry torpedoes, but in order to do so, it had to be converted by the addition of what was called a "Rustsatz C", which included the external torpedo racks and the sighting device.
