Am looking for any info on the 2 men who commanded the Romanian Cavalry Divisions at the beginning of World War I:
Ioan Herescu (1st div)
Gregori Basarabescu (2nd div)
That's all I am able to find on them. Any help appreciated.

BTW Basarabescu should not be confused with Ioan Basarabescu who commanded 9 Infantry Division when the war began (I presume they are related.)
