It's such a rare award that it is hard to say if it's an original. In my opinion, it could be genuine. The enamel looks ok and that's the hardest thing to fake.

There seem to be some differences, but it is hard to say whether they are real or just imaging artefacts (projection combined with toning etc.). As Dragos said, this is such a rare award that it is hard to pass a judgement.
