It's such a rare award that it is hard to say if it's an original. In my opinion, it could be genuine. The enamel looks ok and that's the hardest thing to fake.

I found another pic & descriptions of Star Ferdinand cross on the government site "Cacelaria Ordinelor"
http://canord.presidency.ro/Istoric.htm

What is your opinion? This Star & Star from top of this topic is identical?
Stars on the pics- from 2 or 1 class order?

There seem to be some differences, but it is hard to say whether they are real or just imaging artefacts (projection combined with toning etc.). As Dragos said, this is such a rare award that it is hard to pass a judgement.

It is a silver star, hence that of a second class.
