I have acquired this one for a very low price:

It is poorly manufactured when compared to a regular cross and has some sort of cheap blue "enamel" on the arms.

What could be the origin of this variation? I can't belive that anybody would fake this one. Did the National Mint start to produce cheaper versions of the cross?
