Old days names were not always spelled the same.
Ioan Dicesare on some documents is Ion Di-Cesare or Dicezare. Marinciu is also some times IOn sometimes Ioan. |

Yes; however, I believe when talking of your uncle's military career we should respect the spelling he preferred at that time, not the new post-war version.

This postcard was send from Gyulafehervar. Is there any stamp on which indicate the name and the number of his unit? By the way: C-2, any news about this "beloved" topic of mine? I see. So those shots on your cell phone are now lost? I mean you haven't been able to download them on your disc or CDor anything like that, have you?
