Hello,
I have recently bought this dagger from okazii.ro, but now opportunity has arised for me to buy a para badge, so I need to sell this fast, as it is not on my area of interest. Since this is the case, price is RON 750 for the piece (slightly negociable), and this will include postage to anywhere in Romania. The dagger is de-nazified, it is an early HACO-Berlin, has the B gau mark, and it is a numbered piece. However, the scabbard is an original one, but an mid-late war version. It is painted, not anodized, and it is an original one, but it not belongs to the dagger itself, as it does not have the same number as on the crossguard. Basically, we have an original early war dagger, with a replacement mid-late war scabbard. A grip eagle can be purchased for about USD 25 to USD 35 (depending on its state), but I am not willing to invest anymore, as I need the cash for that Assman Para. Here are the pics. and contact is via PM or e-mail. http://img403.imageshack.us/img403/4889/sa1um5.jpg http://img204.imageshack.us/img204/1039/sa2of0.jpg http://img204.imageshack.us/img204/4379/sa3tv1.jpg This post has been edited by Alexei2102 on July 21, 2006 07:53 am |

So Alexei2102,
basicaly what you are saying is: you have a miss-matched set, and contary to your statement it is not that easy to buy original grip eagles, in all the years I have been looking at militaria on the net I have never seen any offered for sale, my advice is to people to save their money until a real complete set comes along. And be very careful of buying Assman Para badges at the moment there are a lot of very good fakes out there, coming in from Russia all with manufacturers names and maker marks on them. Please post pictures of the one you intend to buy so they can be checked out PS have a nice weekend. Kevin in Deva |

This sale is postponed until the grip eagle arrives in Romania. Yes, I have bought the grip eagle from the link, and now I await it. Then, after the dagger will be complete (re-nazified, sort of speak), the sale will be viable again, with new pictures, accordingly to the dagger's new status.
Moderators & admin, please close the thread. Thanks, Alex |
