Thanks for explaining the "BW" mark. Jeweller is indeed Bijutier in Romanian.

I found on a French site some of the hallmarks used by jewellers that manufactured Romanian awards:
- Artus Bertrand - a gear wheel surmounted by a star
- Lemaitre - a mitre, a grenade with 4 flames

The bottom one looks like the mark of the Paris Assay Office (a boar head according to Basic Hallmark Identification).

The "A" on austrian-made badges means Main Mint office Wien (hauptmunzamt Wien)
