Hallo :D the symbol in the middle is very similar to the FREEMASON SOCIETY, a secretive group :ph34r: with quasi religious, mystic symbols used in their rituals.

NCR is right, it must be a new masonic award. Interesting, it looks like a piece manufactured by "Monetaria Nationala".
