General de brigada Group: Members Posts: 1058 Member No.: 328 Joined: August 20, 2004	How many Destroyers did we have (I read in the website we had R and M class - what do those letters stand for ?), are there any photos of those 2 DD types ?

M class: NMS Mărăşeşti and NMS Mărăşti
R class: NMS Regele Ferdinand and NMS Regina Maria

You may want to take a look in the thread M and R class destroyers.

According to its homepage, the Romanian Navy Museum has a scale model of Mărăşeşti.
