Sublocotenent Group: Members Posts: 432 Member No.: 680 Joined: September 28, 2005	It is a M. 1930 gala uniform of an Artillery Colonel. This uniform was worn for ceremonial dress (with fringed epaulettes) or gala dress (with trefoil-epaulettes) until April 1941. According an order of December 1927, officers should have on their head-dress the cipher of the king who was reigning when they graduated the military school as second-lieutenants. During the 1930s it was common to see in the same regiment officers carrying different ciphers (of Carol I, Ferdinand I, Mihai and Carol II) on their head-dresses according their seniority in the branch of service.
