looking for P-51 flown over Romania, pics or profiles

hi everyone,
I want to build a nice model dealing with the Ploiest campaine in Summer 1944 showing a P-51,P-38 (I have the P-38 pics and profile)but I can't find a descent refrence about any P-51 flown over Romania.So if u can help me I would apreciate much.

On the cover of my book on Rumanian Aces of WW 2, there is a battle scene depicted, when a P-51C of the 317th FS/325th FG is being 'clobbered' by a Rumanian Bf 109G on June 6, 1944.



Perhaps that would be a good start to build a model kit 'with a story'.

What is the scale of your models ?

Most of them flown between june and august '44 in Ploesti missions.

COOL,ALL MY MODELS ARE IN 1/32 SCALE(and I have a lot,WWII and modern jet's)

thank's Cantacuzino,now I have a lot of profiles and I must started the work.I'll keep you in touch with the progres.Now I must finish my last project ,a big F-15C.
