I started this new thread in an effort to identify rather obscure aircraft types either in Rumanian service or seen in Rumania.

The first installment looks to me like a British sports airplane, some sort of Miles.
Opinions and hints welcome.

I'm not so sure but I think that is a Miles M14 (sports or trainer airplane).

The top photo is indeed a Fleet F-10G, No. 2.
The bottom one is a French airplane.

35 Euros for a single photo? That's really crazy...

They are Danube motor torpedo boats, eight were ordered in England in 1906. Four of them were in service on 22 June 1941: No.1-4. Displacement: 49 tons, speed: 18 knots, guns: 1 x 47-mm naval gun, 1 x 20-mm AA gun.

That's it. Thanks.

BTW, nice photo of an Aiglon in Spanish Nationalist colours. Is it from your personal collection?

It was actually a guy called 'Acree' who came up with the answer on the AAW forum.
