Does any one have any info or know where I can find details of the British Liaioson Officer General de Candolle who was attached to French General Berthelot's mission to Romania. He was the Brit liaison officer to the Cossacks and acted as Brit Consul in Rostov in 1917-1918. Thanks (I amk a new member so I am not completely current with the protocol on this site.
